While in India, I noticed a large number of these birds hanging out over the city. I was sitting on the Terrace of the hotel when this one paid a visit for a drink of water and a bath in hotel pool. I guess it's easy feeding there. I'm not sure if it's an eagle or falcon. I should know more about birds, but I don't, I did search the internet a bit, but gave up. If anybody knows please let me know.
